Healthy and delicious meals are created based on fresh seasonal organic ingredients. 

 

I use only the highest quality ingredients in preparing my clients dishes emphasizing on whole foods while avoiding processed and preservative laden foods.

My goal is to make every meal the best meal you have ever tasted.  I am committed to preparing your meals with the freshest ingredients that are wholesome and safe to eat.  I care about your health and well-being as well our environment.  I provide food and nutrition that supports a healthier lifestyle and more sustainable way to live.  Back to Basics!  

Why I became a Chef... I've always loved the experience of food and it's power to bring people of all walks of life together.  How a simple meal has the ability to create cherished memories.  Even as a young child growing up in the suburbs of Philadelphia I felt a natural gravitation to the kitchen.  The flavors and aromas seemed to touch a place in my heart.  I was in love with food from a very early age.  It seemed only natural to seek a career in the culinary arts.
